The Pennsylvania Department of Health announced the ninth clinical registrant licensee in the PA medical marijuana program in a press release. Story of PA CR LLC was approved through the state's application process and will have a cultivation facility located in the Southwest Region.
The state also announced Story will initially have two dispensaries, one in the Northeast Region and one in the Southeast Region. The clinical registrant license allows Story of PA to open up to six locations in the state. Clinical Registrants are also required to be affiliated with a state-approved academic research center to conduct clinical research on medical marijuana. Story of PA will be partnered with the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine located in Scranton, PA. There were no indications of what the dispensaries or the product would be branded as.
