Spotlighting a Strain's Unique Qualities
Vytal's extraction process is focused on spotlighting a stain's unique qualities and neither adds nor subtracts anything from the flower on a molecular level.

Vytal solventless always begins with cannabis that is flash-frozen upon harvest to preserve the plant's flavorful terpenes and beneficial cannabinoids at peak freshness. That cannabis is then placed in an ice-water bath, where the trichomes are gently separated from the plant through agitation. The trichomes collect at the bottom of the bath and form ice-water hash. Gentle heat and pressure are then applied to transform the hash into a viscous, honey-like form known as Live Rosin, which provides the depth of flavor and full entourage of effects of the original strain.

PA Options for Wellness is partnered with The Penn State Medical Marijuana Academic Clinical Research Center, one of Pennsylvania's certified academic clinical research centers (ACRC).

The goal of the center is to become an internationally recognized expert in the benefits and dangers of medicinal cannabinoids and medical cannabis. The center supports the development of medical marijuana pre-clinical and clinical research and provides scientific evidence on the utility of medical cannabis. Currently, there are more than 30 researchers engaged in cannabis research within the ACRC; these researchers are divided into two divisions, a basic science division and a clinical science division.
