Summary

This bill permits a medical marijuana patient who is a minor to have a school nurse act as their caregiver for the purpose of administering medical marijuana to the patient while they attend school. The caregiver application fee would also be waived for any qualifying school nurse that applies to be a registered caregiver under the program.

This bill would be effective 60 days after approval.
