Summary

Prohibits any landlord that has entered into a lease for a commercial property with a tenant that is a licensed medical marijuana organization from evicting, threatening to evict, or discriminating against the tenant for the lawful sale or possession of medical marijuana on the premises. he bill also permits any tenant who alleges a violation of this provision to bring a civil action in court against the landlord within 180 days of the alleged violation.
