Summary

This bill permits medical marijuana organizations to claim tax deductions for the amount of ordinary and necessary business expenses that were paid or incurred by the organization during the taxable year and are ordinarily deductible under federal income tax laws. This would apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2022.
