Summary

Allows licensed grower/processors to submit an application to the state for an additional dispensary permit. This would be subject to the following limitations:

(1) The department may not issue more than two dispensary permits to a licensed grower/processor that does not currently operate a dispensary.

(2) The department may not issue more than one additional dispensary permit to a grower/processor that currently holds one dispensary permit.

(3) The department may not issue a dispensary permit to a grower/processor that holds two or more dispensary permits or is a licensed clinical registrant.
